Materials: Off white cotton yarn, blue cotton floss, brown transfer print.

Condition: Excellent. Minor brown spotting; one small green stain at top of one stocking; blue floss slightly worn in upper part of floral design.

Measurements: Foot, 9.25"; L, 26.5"; Top C, 15".

Comments: Charming blue satin stitch floral embroidery decorates these woman's 19th century autumn or winter stockings. To show off the embroidery they would have been worn with an open vamp shoe.
