Materials: White glass beads, cream rayon ribbon, brass wires. Condition: Excellent. A few small stains on the connecting ribbon. Measurements: Openings for head, 20" and 21". Comments: The wedding coronets offered here have beautiful white floral beading. Joined wedding coronets are an Eastern Orthodox marriage custom. In all Eastern Orthodox weddings (including Greek, Russian, Serbian or Antiochian Orthodox) the most important part of the marriage ceremony is the ritual crowning of the bride and groom. The ribbon connecting the two crowns symbolizes the union of the groom and bride for the rest of their lives.
