Materials: Brass finish frame, brass chain, multi-colored wool yarn, taupe silk satin lining, green cloth piping.

Condition: Near perfect; brass finish on clasp worn through to silver.

Measurements: Wd, 7" X Ht, 6"

Comments: The needlepoint on this evening bag is nearly as fine as pettipoint. The hand done needlepoint is identical on the on the front and back of this bag. There is a central cream medallion with colored roses surrounded by standing stags, rams heads and birds. This evening bag can be worn as an evening accessory as easily today as when it was made in the 1930s.
